This Supercritical Fluid Extraction Systems project supported by The Ministry of Industry and Technology within the scope of the Tech-Driven Industry Initiative is an innovative project resulting from the scientific studies of the Polat Makina R&D team.

Supercritical Fluid Extraction is the process of separating one component from another by using supercritical fluids (like carbon dioxide) as a kind of extracting solvent. The carbon dioxide used at high pressures as a solvent helps to obtain natural extracts enriched with bioactive compounds.
