The processes used during the production of extracts used in the food industry directly affect the quality of the extracts. Carbon dioxide extraction is the healthiest and most effective extraction method known today. The main reason for this is that carbon dioxide is completely harmless and leaves no residue in the extracts. For this reason, carbon dioxide replaces harmful solvents used in the food industry.
Bioactive components can be extracted completely in the form in which they are found in nature, thanks to the inert nature of carbon dioxide and not using high temperatures during carbon dioxide extraction. Thus, it provides great convenience during the production of new pharmaceutical products.
New fields of application require new processes. For customer needs, we conduct internal research and establish international research partnerships in order to develop new processes and application-oriented solutions.
